While this collection does contain many of Oregon's best early works as "Aurora," "Tide Pool," "Margueritte," "Silence Of A Candle" and "Ghost Beads," it is missing other prime cuts. If "Canyon Song," "Song For A Friend," especially "Icarus," "Yet To Be" and "Witchi-Tai-To" were included, this would accurately be an essential collection of Oregon's best early works. Essential is a strong single-disc collection that features 16 highlights from Robin Trower's long career at Chrysalis, including such staples as "Too Rolling Stoned," plus several key album tracks.
