Raw with incredible chops, With a Cane and a Cape hits you with a guitar-god-like riffs mixed with slacker-punk attitude, and oddly, incredible precision. It also has a big heart, as evidenced on songs like "Night of the Horsepills," which eloquently speaks of an old flame reignited.
