Welcome Back Dear Children (CD)
Arizona's debut full length, WBDC, is a 13-track album that covers an unprecedented amount of sonic and emotional terrain. Arizona began writing and self-recording WBDC in the Summer of 2005, just months after arriving in NYC and half a year before appearing as a completed live band. Arizona bassist Alex Hornbake engineered the majority of the record and was joined for the first time by producer/engineer/mixer Danny Kadar (My Morning Jacket, Chris Whitley, Trey Anastasio, etc.) who arrived one-quarter through the session to helm. The record was masted by Fred Kevorkian (White Stripes, The Walkmen, Phish, Ryan Adams). The record is presented along with absolutely beautiful artwork from band artist Deems ( inaspoon.com) and includes a massive fold-out poster of the album artwork.![]()

| This is a fantastic album that I cannot stop listening to. Arizona have a very refreshing sound and it's really unlike anything coming out right now. This is definitely a must-have for 2006. | |

| Weaving a delicate dance between jubilation and disaster, this textural masterpiece tugs on my heartstrings like a skilled puppetmaster. Featuring a sound that is as wide as it is profound, heavenly harmonious vocals, more twists and turns than Stephen King's 'Dark Tower' - Arizona rocks my face off. And then steals my lunch money. And I thank them for it.
Oh, and as for their live show... I would love to keep Arizona to myself, but it's inevitable that others are going to cotton onto their sound. I don't want their shows bloated by hypebeasts, but I don't think I'll have much choice in the matter over the coming months. Get there now while you still can, just so you can say, 'I was there at the beginning.'
Keep it coming guys. | |

| Refreshing sound! My experience is that these guys have great appeal with more than one generation. I hope they keep on creating their sound. Can't wait to hear what is next! | |

| Just superb. The twists and turns of the songs in addition to the beautiful harmonies make this CD one fine piece of art. | |
